The World's Biggest Tiny Toon Fan (real name unknown) is a one-time character on Tiny Toon Adventures. He appears in the Night Ghoulery episode segment, Night of the Living Dull. he is voiced by Jeff Bennett.

He is shown to be a fat man with brown hair, who wears a yellow cap, a blue shirt that says, "World's Biggest Tiny Toon Fan", and brown pants.
History
The fan appears in the episode segment, Night of the Living Dull, after Gogo Dodo, Sphinx, The Elephant and the other characters from Wackyland run into an old cabin and keep getting bothered by dull people. They try to escape from the back door, only for the fan to appear and block the way out. After he talks to them, Gogo and the others run over him to escape.
Trivia
- The Fan is based on Dennis Falk, an actual overly-obsessed fan the production team encountered while working on Tiny Toon Adventures. He was a stalker who sent Tress MacNeille disturbing letters which caused her to fear for life and cancel any convention appearances she was planning to make around where he lives.
