The Walt Disney Company, more commonly referred to as Disney, is an American diversified multinational mass media corporation headquartered in Walt Disney Studios, Burbank, California. It is one of WB's biggest competitors, and as such, many references to Disney in WB animated TV shows are used to make fun of it. However, the rivalry between the two studios is not necessarily a bitter one, as in the past, Looney Looney Looney Bugs Bunny Movie was occasionally shown on The Disney Channel, and reruns of Pinky and the Brain were shown on Disney XD for a while. Also, various WB and Disney characters have appeared alongside each other in various projects, such as the 1988 Disney/Spielberg film, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, as well as the 1990 TV special, Cartoon All-Stars to the Rescue.

Many references to the Walt Disney Company have been made in Tiny Toon Adventures throughout the show's run.

When Buster and Babs escape from the garbage bin, Buster says, "Roger, Rabbit!," referencing the same Disney Movie.

	1	4	Test Stress	In the episode segment, Never Too Late to Loon, during Plucky's transformation into Einstein, he is surrounded by little pink versions of Einstein. This is a parody of the infamous Pink Elephants on Parade scene from the 1941 Disney film, Dumbo.

	1	7	Journey to the Center of Acme Acres	When Buster, Babs, Plucky and Hamton are preparing for the earthquake, they sing a song that is a parody of the song, "Who's afraid of the Big Bad Wolf?," from the 1932 Walt Disney Silly Symphony adaptation of the classic fairy tale, The Three Little Pigs. Plucky swimming through Monty's gold coin vault references the 1987 Disney Afternoon cartoon series Duck Tales, which has a title sequence that also depicts a duck swimming in gold coins, Scrooge McDuck in this case.
	1	8	Stuff That Goes Bump in the Night	The opening is a direct parody of the "Night on Bald Mountain" segment of the 1940 Disney film, Fantasia, even using the same Mussorgsky piece.
	1	19	Cinemaniacs!	In the episode segment, SuperBabs, Wex Wuthor's theme park, Wutherland's slogan, "The Unhappiest Place on Earth", is a play on the famous Disneyland slogan, "The Happiest Place on Earth".
	1	21	Gang Busters	When Buster and Plucky try to escape, their side-stops include the Pirates of The Caribbean ride from Disneyland.
	1	29	Rainy Daze	In the episode segment, Rent A Friend, one of Monty's comics reads, "Rich Scottish Duck Gets Roasted", an obvious reference to Disney's Scrooge McDuck. In the episode segment, Bunny Daze, the alien Gooftar seems to be a combination of the popular Disney characters Goofy and Pluto. Even saying Goofy's famous laugh.
	1	30	Fields of Honey	When Babs asks Hamton what he knows about Honey, he mentions that it's sweet and Winnie the Pooh has a problem with it, making a reference of Disney's Winnie the Pooh. One of Babs' commercials is a parody of the Disneyland commercials, where an announcer asks someone what they're going to do next.
	1	34	The Wide World of Elmyra	Drooley Davey, the main protagonist of the episode segment, Drooley Davey, closely resembles Baby Herman from the 1988 Disney/Spielberg film, Who Framed Roger Rabbit. He also acts in a similar way when he says, "I quit!" to his parents in a gruff voice.
	1	42	Looniversity Daze	In the episode segment, The Learning Principal, Bugs Bunny mentions Roger Rabbit when it is revealed that Bugs is the principal.
	1	43	Best O' Plucky Duck Day	In the intro, Buster says "Today we're presenting three hysterical duck tales", to which Plucky remarks, "Don't use that word!", prompting Buster to reword that line. Duck Tales is a Disney afternoon cartoon series from 1987 that TMS worked on. In the episode segment, Duck in the Dark, the deer and rabbit in the movie Plucky watches resemble Bambi and Thumper from the 1942 Disney film, Bambi.
	1	45	Whale's Tales	The gag credit references the fact that Sherri Stoner, one of the producers and writers for Tiny Toons served as the body model for Ariel, the main protagonist of the 1989 Disney film, The Little Mermaid.

	1	48	Mr. Popular's Rules of Cool	In the episode segment, Venison Anyone? Vinnie the Deer mentions Bambi, the titular protagonist of the 1942 Disney film.
	1	49	Fairy Tales for the 90s	The double-length episode segment, Bunnochio's title is a play on the fairy tale, Pinocchio, perhaps best known for its 1940 Disney film adaptation. The episode segment, Bear Necessities is named after the song, The Bare Necessities from the 1967 Disney film, The Jungle Book, the last film Walt Disney personally supervised.
	1	50	Who Bopped Bugs Bunny?	This episode, specifically the title, is a parody of the 1988 Disney/Spielberg film, Who Framed Roger Rabbit.
	1	51	Tiny Toon Music Television	The "Top Secret Apprentice" segment is an obvious parody of "The Sorcerer's Apprentice" segment of Fantasia.
	1	52	The Return of the Acme Acres Zone	In the episode segment, Boo Ha Ha, when Hamton said that the hotel reminds him of a certain ride, he is making a reference of the ride/movie, The Haunted Mansion. Within the same episode segment, Hamton and Plucky encounter a giant horned demon that looks like Chernabog, the devil from "Night on Bald Mountain" from the 1940 Disney film, Fantasia.
	1	53	The Acme Home Shopping Show	One of The Angry Bear's tattoos reads, "Oh Bother", which is Winnie the Pooh's catchphrase when something goes wrong.
	1	54	Weirdest Story Ever Told	The episode segment, Robin Hare is a parody of the classic fairy tale, Robin Hood, which over the years has had many different adaptations, one of which was made by Disney in 1973 and features various animals playing the roles of the characters. The episode segment, Elmyras Round the World parodies the Disneyland ride, It's a Small World.

	1	62	Here's Hamton	In the episode segment, America's Least Wanted, one of the channels that Plucky flips through while channel surfing is a parody of Chip and Dale: Rescue Rangers. This scene would later be used in the opening to The Plucky Duck Show, during the line, "Other shows seem yucky now that Plucky's on the air!"

	2	73	Buster and Babs Go Hawaiian	A "Mermaid" poster can be seen in the writers' staff room, referencing the 1989 Disney film, The Little Mermaid, and the fact that Sherri Stoner was the body model for Ariel in that film. Roger Rabbit and Jessica Rabbit from Who Framed Roger Rabbit have a cameo riding in a limo. Only Jessica's legs and Roger's arm are seen. Babs also does an impression of Mary Poppins from the 1964 movie of the same name.

	2	77	Sepulveda Boulevard	Elmyra's film, 101 Cuddly Puppies Meet Princess Pretty Girl, is a parody of the 1961 Disney film, 101 Dalmatians.
	3	79	Thirteensomething	Babs does an impression of Jessica Rabbit from Who Framed Roger Rabbit. Buster and Plucky later do an impression of the same character just to mock Babs.
	3	88	Buster's Directorial Debut	In the episode segment, Fit to Be Stewed, Witch Sandy mentions Huey and Dewey. Huey and Dewey are the names of two of Donald Duck's nephews, perhaps best known for their appearances in the 1987 Disney afternoon cartoon, DuckTales.
	3	90	Toon TV	One scene in the music video, It's In His Kiss parodies the Kiss the Girl scene from the 1989 Disney film, The Little Mermaid.
	3	96	A Cat's Eye View	In the Party Crasher Plucky segment, after Jeffrey Katzenberg, the then-chairman of Disney, and several Disney executives are seen exiting a limo and discussing their future plans, Plucky decides to impersonate Mickey Mouse to sneak into Shirley MacLaine's party.
	3	98	It's a Wonderful Tiny Toons Christmas Special	In the alternate timeline, Buster is horrified when Plucky drops an anvil on Babs, and asks him, "What are you, Goofy?" Plucky says he resents that comparison and accuses Buster of being a spy from Disney before having Arnold and Sleazer remove him from the studio. He then says, "Nice try, Katzenberg!", a reference to Jeffrey Katzenberg, the then-chairman of Disney.
			How I Spent My Vacation	When Babs is underwater, she sees some sea creatures singing a parody of Under the Sea from the 1989 Disney film, The Little Mermaid. She then says, "Oops, wrong cartoon." before resurfacing. Happy World Land could possibly be a parody of Disneyland or DisneyWorld. Babs does an impression of Jessica Rabbit from Who Framed Roger Rabbit? during her and Buster's visit to the Delta Burke.
			Night Ghoulery	The episode begins with a parody of the 1993 film, The Nightmare Before Christmas.
			McDonald's Happy Birthday Happy Meal	The 1994 McDonald's Happy Birthday Happy Meal has Buster and Babs, and to a lesser extent, Bugs and Daffy, appearing alongside various characters from Happy Meals that McDonald's has had over the years. Among the featured characters were Ariel from The Little Mermaid and the Dalmatians from 101 Dalmatians.

• Many fans believe that Perfecto Prep, the arch-enemy of Acme Looniversity, and its students represent Disney. A few examples include:
  • The statue in front of the school is wearing a sorcerer outfit, and almost looks like Yen Sid from the 1940 Disney film, Fantasia.
  • Perfecto Prep's school strangely resembles Cinderella's Castle from Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World.
  • The three male students, Roderick Rat, Danforth Drake, and Bledsoe Brabant/Hector Horse, might represent Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, and either Goofy or Horace Horsecollar.
  • The three female students, Rhubella Rat, Margot Mallard, and Bertha Bovine/Bernice Bovine, might represent Minnie Mouse, Daisy Duck, and Clarabelle Cow.
