Dave Kappas is an American voice-over talent, announcer, actor, narrator, emcee, and commentator. He is known for his work in the movie L'amico d'infanzia (Italian Translation: The Childhood Friend) in 1994 and the video game Septerra Core: Legacy of the Creator in 1999.
He was the Narrator for the Playstation video game Toonenstein: Dare to Scare.
