Clive Selsby Revill (born 18 April 1930) is a New Zealand-born British character actor. He is best known for his performances in musical theater and on the London stage and for his voice work, which includes the voice of Emperor Palpatine in the original 1980 version of Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back.
He voiced William Shakespeare in the episode "Weirdest Story Ever Told" segment "To Babs or Not to Babs".
